ORDER DEADLINE: FRIDAY 3/24/00 at NOON

Once again I am ordering 16 oz pub glasses for formal.  The glasses this
year will be identical to those of the past two years with the obvious
exception of the different location and dates.  Ask me if you want to see
ones from the last two years.  

The glasses will cost $5 a piece.   They are high quality and they look
nice.   I think that years down the road it will be nice to have them.
 
In the past, most brothers have purchased a glass for themselves and one
for their date.  This is entirely up to you.

The DEADLINE for me to place the order so that the glasses will arrive in
time is THIS FRIDAY (3/24/00) AT NOON.  Those who order can take receipt
of their glasses here in Chapel Hill or I can take them to Washington and
hand them out there.  I will engrave initials or Psi numbers or whatever
is desired on the glasses of those who so request.  In the past quite a
few glasses have been lost in the drunken debauchery of formal and
engraving helps prevent complete loss.  If you think you might break your
glass, though, you might want to leave it at home.

Please reply to this email and/or sign up on the sheet on the bulletin
board to let me know how many glasses you want.  Also, if you want
anything engraved on the bottom (a very crude engraving done by myself)
indicate exactly what you would like.  If you want to have your dates
initials engraved on one, but you do not know who your date will be, you
can wait to let me know about the engraving until later.  However, I make
no promises about last minute requests.

Payment for the glasses is due as soon as you are able.  This will put my
personal expenditure for formal at well over $2000 so please try to pay
soon.   I would prefer checks in order to keep organized, but cash is
fine.
