- check, cash or money order for total cost of shirt(s)

T-shirt options:
- short-sleeve royal blue - $10
- long-sleeve forest green - $13

Note:  the t-shirt company promises that the quality of the White House image is much better than it looks below.  I talked to them about that at some length.  I am a bit skeptical but I guess I am just going to trust them.
