Below are some details about New Year's including info about the party,
directions, and a list of people who have paid. If you know of names
missing from the list below let me know. Everyone's name needs to be on the
guest list to get into this rockin' party.

The party:
Live Bait starting at 8:00 PM. Live Bait is located on River Road about
three blocks in the downtown(East) direction from the Brent House
Hotel/Ochsner Hospital. From the hotel, go out the back entrance, next to
the levee, take a left and the bar will be up three blocks on the left.
There will be food, drinks, live music, and plenty of video poker. Bring an
ID because there will be a guest list at the door. Attire is personal
preference; I expect everything from formal wear to Peterson's vinyl purple
jump suit.

My info(In case anyone gets arrested):
My phone number is (504) 897-1737 and my address is 1923 Octavia St. To get
to my house from the Brent House take a right out of the front entrance.
Stay on Jefferson Hwy. until it turns into Claiborne Ave. Continue for
about 2 miles. Take a right on Jefferson Ave.(If you get to Napolean Ave.,
you've gone too far). Go about 1 mile and take a right on Saratoga and an
immediate right on Octavia St. My house is 1923 Octavia St., the fourth
house on the right.

Directions to the hotel(Info about the hotel can be found at www.ochsner.org
under Brent House Hotel):
Coming in from the east on I-10 West
Take the I610 West loop (follow signs to the New Orleans Airport)
Once back on I10 West look for the "Causeway Blvd. Exit"
Take Causeway Blvd. South
At the end of Causeway Blvd. take a Left onto Jefferson Hwy.
Ochsner is 1512 Jefferson Hwy. on your right

Coming in from the west/airport on I-10 East
Get on I-10 East
Take "Causeway South exit"
Go to the end of Causeway and take a left onto Jefferson Hwy.
Ochsner will be 1512 Jefferson Hwy. on your right

From either direction: DON'T TAKE CAUSEWAY NORTH. If you do take Causeway N.
don't get on the Causeway bridge. It is 26 miles long and a major pain in
the ass.
