Rough, suggested schedule: 
Friday August 29 
    - folks arrive in Reno (RNO) or Sacramento (SAC) 
    - casinos and clubs, etc. 
Saturday August 30 
    - hike, golf, horseback ride, relax, or whatever 
    - picnic on the lake from 4:30pm-8:30pm on pontoon boats 
    - hot tub. casinos? dvd at the house? 
Sunday August 31 
    - hike, golf, horseback ride, relax, sleep, or whatever 
    - BBQ on beach, watch fireworks 
    - hot tub, etc. 
Monday September 1 
    - brunch
    - folks depart (checkout is at 1pm)

House:
In Tahoe Keys 
Configuration: 5 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 18 (website says sleeps 14 but ignore that) (1 K, 7 Q, 1 F) 
Amenities: pool table, hot tub, tv, dvd player, cd/stereo, vaulted ceilings, etc. 
Location: in the marina - 2-3 miles from casinos 
Cost: $47 per person per night if 15 people, $71 per person per night if 10 people

Costs:
Last year averaged ~$260 per person including accommodation, food and all drinks at the house and on the boat, the boats, and transport within Tahoe but NOT including airfare, drinks at the casinos and some taxis.  Roughly $450-$600 total, depending on the airfare you get.  See last year's expenses.

* deposits become nonrefundable to ensure that folks don't halfheartedly commit and then back out and cost the others money.  The deposit will however be refundable in the event of an emergency (of course) or if another person is willing to fill your spot.
