House:
5 bedroom, 4 bath, sleeps 22, 5 big decks, huge hot tub, private dock, accommodates day use of 50+, pedal boats, kayaks, wet-bar/party room, 5 TVs w/ cable, VCRs, stereo, <5 minute walk to beach, tennis court, Olympic pool, yacht rental and ~ 10 minute cab ride to Heavenly, South Shore Casinos and clubs, etc. Photos and information

Estimated costs:
$175-260 per person for accommodation, all food and drinks at the house and our afternoon of boating (wide range because % occupancy of house is a big variable). This estimate does not include the following items which some folks will elect to do (or will need) but others will chose not to (or will not need): airfare to RNO, transport from RNO to Tahoe, meals at restaurants and drinks at bars/clubs. Including those expenses will likely push the total to around $500 per person.

Friday September 3
    - folks arrive in Reno (RNO) and take shuttle to Tahoe or drive to Tahoe
    - casinos, clubs, dancing, etc.
Saturday September 4

    - picnic on the lake from 3pm-7pm on pontoon boat(s)
    - hot tub. casinos? dvd or music at the house?
Sunday September 5
    - hike, golf, horseback ride, relax, sleep, or whatever
    - BBQ on beach, watch Labor Day fireworks put on by city
    - hot tub, etc.
Monday September 6
    - brunch
    - folks depart (checkout is at 1pm)
